I’m not exactly sure what you’re asking…
The top of the head is aluminum (lined with delrin), and the plug is delrin. Does that give you the answer?

the alpro session has an all aluminium head while the alpro narrow bore has a delrin (black) tipped head. As far as I know Mike doesn’t make the sessions with the black-tipped head. Safe to assume theres no black tip on this whistle.
