Does anyone have an online copy or scanned copy of an article “A brief summary of A.H.Benade’s Wind Instrument Adjustment Principles” by Peter Hoekje. It’s in the Catgut Acoustical Society Journal, pages 16-24,Vol. 2, No.7 (1995), but I don’t have any access to that journal at all
