but I have an Armstrong 104 student flute that I don’t need any more and it’s not dented or anything and the pads are good so I was wondering how much do you think I could get for it? I don’t even know if I’m at the right forum or anything

Yeah, that’s what i was going to suggest, check out eBay. I think i bought one of these used from a store once for $180. Is it silver plated, open (French style) keys? Mine had a B foot.
It may be more valuable to keep it as a second flute for emergencies.
Not worth a lot my Bohem style player friend always says those are crap.
Not total crap, actually an ok flute. But it’s an Armstrong (= clunky mechanism that gets out of alignment often).
Just sayin what I have heard no conection to the bohem world in my case just simple system guy my self.
