In Toronto, are there any music stores specializing in service to ITM? Any recommendations?

Tough question. Ozzie Branscombe retired and closed the Country Music Store a few years back, and Dave Snider’s store on Yonge Street has shifted its focus to music lessons; those would have been the closest candidates I knew about. Don’t know if anyone has stepped in to fill the gap. Toronto does much better for classical musicians or guitar/drum shops.
Long & McQuade is a chain of mainstream music stores that carries some items of interest to trad musicians.
Musideum opened recently. I haven’t been there yet, but I understand they have a broad interest in world musical instruments.
Further afield, Folkway Music in Kitchener might be closer to what you’re looking for, although they’re mostly guitars and such.
Maybe someone better connected than I will have some better suggestions.
