A Happy New Year from the Serpie-Pie

I’ve much to be thankful for this year 2002. This was the year that I discovered this wonderful new family. We love, we nag, we bicker, we fight, and we love again. At this moment, for the first time since I came “on board” here at C&F, I’m not in the middle of an argument with anyone. Nobody is picking on me for anything. I feel calm and loved, and that some of you whom I thought would never accept and be nice to me, have taken the time and effort to make me feel welcome and cared for.

And to all of you, on this occasion, I wish the happiest of New Years, and that the year will bring you all that you could hope for of good, of love, of kindness, and of wonderful music in your lives.

And to my Special One, an extra helping of that love… XXXOOO

Happy New Year to you all!
serpent, AKA “Serpie-Pie”

Well said Snakeman; and Happy New Year to you right back, and to all in this family of wounderous humans, even the ones who have put up for sale all of my dream whistles in the last couple of days when I haven`t got one lousy penny to spend on them.
I wish you all the best there is in life.

Tom

My best wishes to you and yours Bill, and I hope this year will bring greater things to you than even the last one did.

Stacey

long like snake, thick like buffalo…oh, forget it.

Happy New Year Serpie-Pie and everyone else!

Cheers
Kathy

12:03 p.m. in Atlanta!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR DEAR CHIFF AND FIPPLERS!!!

Backatcha, Bill.

Yeah–I have high hopes for this year, too. The kid’s educated, graduated, employed, and seems to have found the love of her life, albeit on the other coast.

What that means is that I’m getting a chance to be the single woman I never yet was, and I like it!

M

A happy, healthy harmonious New Year to you and everyone, Bill.

Gosh, Bill, I’m feeling all warm and fuzzy inside
A Happy New Year indeed. Glad to have made a friend of you ( and all others here too-- think I’m gonna cry…)

Happy New Year, Bill, Tom, Stacey, Amar, Kathy, Andrea, Jessie, Marguerite, Philo, Deirdre, Paul, Rich, Dale, everybody!

HAPPY MOO YEAR!!!

From the land of castles, moors, rivers and what seems to be constant rain, may I too wish all our happy readers a most happy new year. Keep on whistling folks. Thanks! and Love to you all!

Northumbria, wow! One of the very few places which do look even better in the rain! Where back roads are more fun motoring wet than dry! Lucky boy! Rain is the essence of celtic soul and (agri)culture.

Happy new year to all you, even if plagued with dry weather!

Shouldn’t that be 0XX000, O hermetic herpetophile, if you want to satisfy the Generation generation?

Happy new year to you, too. You’ve enlivened the discussions and dragged us back on topic more than once, and I’m glad you weren’t driven away by some strange behaviour.

Once you’ve cracked whistle-making maybe you’ll move on to the world of uilleann-pipe-making, where there’s plenty of scope for craftsmanship, precision and especially a touch of the scientific approach. Besides, the insults are so velvety that most people don’t even notice them.

Serpent, are you a guy or gal? I should add that I’m married with 2 kids, so I’m not cruising the net here…just curious.

Married? Makes your cruisin’ even worse, O theoretic 8-flats signed accidental !

Since you ask me :stuck_out_tongue: I’m happily not married with any kid, though I’m very proud of my 6 1/2 years son Sacha!

And since you don’t ask, methinks snakey-pie is a he. Bill, correct me if I’m wrong as usual…

So are you Mom or Dad? Your nickname gives no clue…

M (for Mom)

Kind of a weird feeling, isn’t it, Serp? It always gives me the creeps when no one’s jumping on me for anything.
