2 old flutes -both sold - metzler at early music shop

I have sold the hawkes & son e-flat, and the german 8-key.

I’ve put another flute up for sale - a one key metzler, boxwood & ivory, A-440 pitch. The endcap is a replacement, modelled accurately after the original, in imitation ivory, and the key, while working fine, has a baroque pad-end and more modern touch. It has no cracks at all, and the embouchure is in fine nick - it plays well - better for the player than the collector. I’m looking for 600 Euro for this one.

If the image doesn’t appear at first, don’t click on the square with the red cross - rather click the “download” button - it works better.

Don’t let the email address fool you…he’s really not as nasty as all that! Nice bloke, great player as well.
