It’s most probably Liam Og O’Flynn playing his concert pitch Rowsome set.

Thank you :slight_smile: I was thinking the same, but the chanter sounded so close to flat pitch… Mybe he is playing in such register of notes or just his genious fingers… :slight_smile:

I think they have fiddled with the pitch in studio… Might be his Coyne C# though

The bell note is Bb, but it doesn’t sound “right” for me. They probably fiddled with it, yes.

i’ve heard that tommy mccarthy contributed pipes to one of her recordings - if anyone could point me to the album and track i’d appreciate it (i found some of tommy’s playing on youtube and really loved it - it was pure clancy)
