There’s a Kennedy B chanter listed for sale by a seller in Florida on the uilleann obsession website. Don’t know if its still for sale though.

I will be selling my B stick soon (and all of my other chanters and drones etc.)
It’s a Kennedy B in ebony with boxwood mounts.
The reed cap was made by David Boisvert.
It was owned by Chiff’s ex-moderator, Joe Smith.
You can probably see some pictures floating around on the site somewhere.
I picked it up from Doc Jones site a few years back.
Of all the chanters i have owned it is my favourite.
Steve Vickers made me a set of B drones to go with it, but I am willing to split them.
