Well, it’s bad, but I think it is bad by association, i.e. Jimi Hendricks’ version as comparison. But if you didn’t know that, it’s actually pretty much par for the course for an awful lot of stuff, so from that standpoint, I can’t really say it’s worthy of a “Worst Song” epithet.
