Whistle trade...

I have this whistle and I don´t play it much. I wonder who´s the maker…
I will trade it for another whistle.
Any suggestions?

Is it copper or brass and what is the key?

Key of D and copper.

Almost looks like a Parkhurst whistle:

I believe it is a Parkhurst whistle.

It IS a Parkhurst whistle, one of the rare early ones from around the millenium shift.
I had one just like it and Dave offered to “upgrarde” the head to latest standard which has less tendency to clog.

It is a very nice sounding and looking whistle.

I have an early D, which is unique and beautiful, has a wonderful heft in the hand and sounds really nice too. Dave actually unsolicited at some point a couple years ago, just sent me a C body to match the D - with my name, initials, musical notes and wondrous designs etched about …that was a memorable event. Thanks again Parky.
