Whistle Makers Advice

So after seeing a couple recent posts on whistle making and hitting the link the pvc wistle website and then finding a book on whistle making I have decided to take the plunge and attempt to make a few for myself. Any other websites out there people know of? Any advice from current whistle makers? Wish me luck heh

What book?

Oh, that book. Tell us how it goes.

Dan Bingamons jubilee music has a book or cd set if you prefer and he is on this board.

That’s the one I ordered

Good luck with your adventure I have made appx. 100 whistles in the last few years for friends, family and the trash can  It took a while before I was satisfied with my fipples though, almost a year to be honest I found the curved windway the best and easiest to manufacture. I work by hand mosty no lathe yet again good luck have fun with it
