Welcome, lad. A speedy recovery to you after your surgery. Doctor says you can play the harp now, but it will be a while before you play the bagpipes.

Sorry, Rory, it’s just that Phil Wardle hasn’t been heard from in a long time.
And, I just had a Hernia operation this last Monday… and it’s no fun recovering let me tell you… certain parts of my body, well, the doctors on this forum know what I’m talking about… but at least I can now play the harp, standing up!
In certain parts of the world when its said that someone is now playing their harp ,it is taken that they are playing that harp sitting on a cloud with a pair of wings on their back
But thankfully your playing your harp with your feet firmly on the ground.Hope you have a speedy recovery
