I’ve got a problem and I don’t know really what to do, so I post this message.
I own 2 Copeland’s Low Whistles (brass Low F and Low D). And 3 months ago (in june), I contacted Michael in order he makes some adjustments to increase backpressure on those 2 low whistles. He replied me very kindly I just have to send them to him, what I did.
He sent me then an email the 25th of june telling me he’s well received the package, and that he will work on them very quickly.
But since, I received no emails: I sent him almost 10 emails from 2 email adress, I even contacted him on eBay, but nothing happens, I’ve received absolutely no answers.
My english is pretty poor (especially when I’ve to speak!), that’s why I haven’t tried to phone him, but I’m worry: I really don’t understand what happens. I can wait, but I’d like to have news… I hope he’s fine.
Is someone knows Michael Copeland and could help me (even by PM)?
Well, I’m happy he’s fine, but, hmmm, well, it’s weird… And unfortunately, I don’t have a Facebook account (and I don’t want to have one).

Dunno, but he replied me (his wife Pam as well), and then, I contacted him with my main email adress, then my other one, and even through eBay, but without success.
Michael accepts this kind of work with enthusiasm, but is always less enthusiastic about actually completing the work and getting it out to people. I’ll do what I can to make sure he knows about this.
