yes, not a good time to sell a flute…i to have some “doors” to open, but better wait a bit.
I have a whole train load of them I could sell, but not a very good time to sell anything…

Perhaps those listing flutes for sale here would list them in the Used Instrument Exchange forum instead - instead of turning this forum into mostly a for sale site.
It seems that this type of thing happens in waves and we are seeing a particularly large wave. But people are still ordering my flutes about as fast or sometimes faster than I can make them.

I think it’s the annual “back to school sale”. Happens at this time each year. Doubtless the economy is stale but it’s encouraging that Casey’s order list is doing well.

Yes, I’ve taken a year off from selling and making additional instruments for personal health reasons and still things have piled up. It will be time for a sale when the market opens up a bit.
