Dale or Rich?
I was just studying your figure on correct tin whistle posture, and as a college art major, I must say I was inspired. What about opening a little section devoted to fan art concerning tin whistles? That way all of us whistlers can break out our crayons and show the world how well rounded we are in art and music. All we do at work or school all day is doodle pretty little pictures of whistles anyways… Some of us have to be getting pretty good by now. Am I right?
Ok, so maybe it’s a horrible idea, but art’s my thing so I get PUMPED about stupid things like this.

You may be half-kidding, but I’m half interested! Uh… Well, anyway, this is because most of us have other lines that are our primary things we do, and mine, short of this kids gig I’ve got going now, is that I do that, I mean, I am a picture-maker, I guess an artist… Just call me an art major. Anyway, don’t start up anything on my account, but I will turn my busy brain to the idea of it and hopefully will get the time to put pencil to paper and see what I can scrounge.

I have offered to host this on the Clips and Snips site in the past. Jpg’s of images are way smaller than our tune clips. We can have either jpg’s on a page of Clips or links to your own art site. I have my own graphic displayed on the index page and have offered to alternate images if anyone sent one in. (It’s in the text on the index page.) Great, if someone wants to do something.
