Firewood!
I have been playing such ‘firewood’ for the last several years and glad to have it! 
Worst case scenario is the keys can be scrapped for parts. Or it could make a nifty wall-hanger.
Appears to be a typical German flute, which can run anywhere from $50 to $150. I think the headjoint could be salvaged/cleaned up. But even if fully restored, will not be too useful for anything other than solo playing.
Or a cool table lamp?
