Wanted: Keyed flute in F

Before purchasing a new F flute, I was curious if anyone on this board has a keyed flute in the key of F? Antique is preferred(a good new one is fine), somebody must have one floating around that they don’t play.

Jem is selling a one-key vintage
f flute–check his thread below.

Who makes a new keyed F?

Hamilton does, to my knowledge. And I’m pretty sure that Mr. Wilkes would make one, too…

i think dave copley would probably make a new one. i dont see why not, as he makes f flutes, and he does custom orders (like my boehm headjoint).

I have a nice 6key Hawkes & Son in F that I’d sell. email me directly

David wins the ‘most enticing offer’ award.

Theo, have you got yourself sorted on this yet? I’ve just acquired a nice little 4-key F - anon. English or possibly German-made for the English market that plays at A=440. It has a head crack to fix and needs a general clean and overhaul - pads & lappings etc., but it plays as it is so I know it will be good. Intonation is as good as may be expected and it is quite sweet and strong even in its present state. If there’s specific interest, I’ll prioritise fixing it.
