I have seen it advertised on Mr. Sky’s web page, but I am unsure about the payment method that is requested for international purchases ie. Western Union. As for Western Union - or Moneygram, which I prefer - it’s really a fairly straightforward process. I’ve done a couple of Moneygram transactions, and they were easy-peasy.
