(mcgoldrick: Hammersmith A 3.8 mb)

Is there a source or website in the web that has tin whistle notes, sheets etc… to this lovely air?

The tune is called: Trip to Ireland
It’s track 7 of “At first Light”

sorry, i couldn’t find the notation, but perhaps you might be able to learn it by ear if you listen to it often enough. yeah, it’s really beautful, i like playing it too.

It was written by Pierre Bensusan and appears on his “Musiques” CD. Notation for it is in hiw “Guitar Book”

wow…i didn’t know it was written by him, guess i could have checked the sleeve!
an amazing guy, he’s written so many superb tunes! :boggle:

didn’t work for me, but maybe someone else can work this out.

His tune The Last Pint is great.

Uh oh . . . I clicked on that link . . . one thing led to another . . . and another . . . and another . . . and my credit card took over and . . . and . . . oh, dear!

ohhh, there are so many links i still could post here…there is so much good music out there.

Aaaaack! NOOOOO! Spare us! Spare us!

. . . unless it’s Bavarian-Samba fusion . . . you wouldn’t have any of that, would you? Perhaps a CD set of samba lessons?

Or, at least, instructions for application of gold body paint?

yeah, it is, lunasa plays it on their first album lunasa.
