Is it only me or have seth’s more recent chanter’s a much nicer look to them?

Why those pipes haven’t the bellow cover? When you buy a new Gallagher set, don’t he includes the velvet bag cover?
Note that the chanter seems to have a plastic strip around E hole, maybe due affination troubles…
