Uilleann Pipe Case for full set

Hello Pipers,

So over the summer, I reattached my base regulator and as a result my set no longer fits in its case. (not without dismantling the bass reg and removing the reed)

Could anyone provide me with information as to who sells pipe cases 45 inches or so in length to accommodate the non-detachable base reg. State-side would be preferable.

Try a Larger Dulcimer case, Craggy Mountain Music in NC sells them. The large one fit my Rogge C set without removing the Bass regulator. However, you will need to pull off the bass drone slide.

It’s real sturdy, but heavy.

I second the mountain dulcimer case. Most likely your bellows won’t fit but a great way to carry a full set.

I recommend looking for what’s called a “Takedown Shotgun” case. A few years back I got one off ebay for a great price and it fits my full set just right. The extra depth of that specific type of case allows for the bellows to fit neatly as well. Good luck!
