'T’is a simple question of how infrequently I use it during performance (a factor of the music I play, not the whistle - a fine instrument indeed!)
(Moreover, I have his high G, plus a Bleazey G flute on the way.)
After much consideration and a look around the room to see just how many whistles and how many drums I have, and careful though about how often I play each one, I’ve finally decided to let a few instruments go.
I’ll be putting three items up for sale on eBay on Saturday:
my Abell Bb in blackwood and silver;
my Abell D/C whistle (9-hole) in pink ivory and silver;
my Metloef 12" drum package (believe it or not, this is the one that hurts most deeply).
