That’s not what I thought a black hole looks like. I thought they were pin-point small.
it’s all perspective, innit!
There is an area surrounding a black hole that has such a high gravitational force that light can not escape from it. Visually a black hole looks like an absence of stuff. Ah, all stuff.
I think they’re out of sight. 
It’s pretty hard to get emotionally involved with a black hole, it seems to me, no matter how elegant that black hole may be in astronomical terms.
