Tipple Flutes E or E flat?

I have not played Flute in ages and as a matter of fact I don’t even own one. That said I am getting the urge to play again. I don’t want to spend a lot , but at the same time want a nice responsive Flute. I don’t need a D Flute as I have no desire to play in local sessions. Ive had an E Flat McGee Flute in the past which was a joy to play. So I’m thinking maybe an E flat Flute, but Doug Tipple not only makes an E Flat. but also an E. Does anyone own one of these? if so, what do you think? Stay with an E flat or go on an get a Tipple E Flute?
Thanks in advance for any insights!

Yes, one of each will do very well.
However, I have found that vocals that are able to sing on pitch prefer E over Eb.
To me the key of E has a refreshing pitch to it, and the mind likes/needs a little change now and then.
