i’m afraid switzerland is recorder and swiss horn country, hard to find a teacher there, but you never know.
there’s a fellow from switzerland on the board but i can’t remember his name, hope you’ll find him.
you do nead a very relaxed pipers grip, explained on many websides and topics, to play a low D.
most people are self thought by either notation or ear.
learning by ear is recommended, but you’ll need a tool to slow the tunes down, and change pitch

From what I know of Geneva, Lausanne, Francophonic Swiss is whistle desert.
Sorry–correcting–there’s a Thomas Aebi who makes about the best “Irish” flutes around and he’s Swiss (rösti, I reckon 
). Why wouldn’t you inquire with him? Make a search on “Aebi” on the flute board…
I’ve met Thomas Aebi at local sessions, he really plays great. Uillean pipes and flute.
