Embrace it. At the earliest opportunity, go for the buzz cut. People quickly will go from saying to themselves, “amar is going bald” to “hey, amar’s bald. Big deal.”
That’s quite clearly wrong, it’s cocker spaniels.

Really? How so? Ours are blinking nuts. Hyper, happy and friendly things.
Well, ours are that… but… there’s just something… different enough the American Kennel Club started keeping a separate stud book for the British ones.
American cocker spaniels also have a year shorter life expectancy.
I also think that in recent decades they have a tendency to be higher-strung and at times snappish. Bad breeding practices, I think. That may have been corrected to an extent though.

my Collie/shepherd/chow mix can jump, from a standing position, 5’10". (Ive measured the moist nose marks on the wall)

border collie who was a great, great dog.
