The Kells.WHO?

anybody know who the flute player is on the Kells CD?

Brian McCoy. He plays a Boehm-style Almeida flute.

There’s this think called Google. You type in a string of words, get a list of possible web sites, and check them out until you find the one that’s appropriate.

My, my my. Does someone need to switch to decaf in the mornings? Isn’t it a bit early for sarcasm?

Mark

Remember that?

Well… I understand someone preferring real human advice, but for a very precise question like this one, google is the answer.

Decaf. Like non-alcoholic beer, a flute without an embouchure hole, or Google in China, what’s the point??

I just hate it when my blood-caffiene level gets too low. I can hardly make it to the coffee pot sometimes. :astonished: :boggle:

What do you mean? I LOVE my McNotChud embouchureless.

I’d say more likely he has switched to decaf and needs to switch back to caf.

Sorry! Like his holeless bogoak model, the McNotChud embouchureless is a good stick.

A good quiet instrument (probably because of the small toneholes).

Good point!!

naa - it’s a Pratten model, i think it sounds like Cranberries and a shot of milk.
the finger stretch is a bit much for me though, especially on his un-bored model

This is the site you are looking for

Cheers

Correct answer. Incidently, he’s one of the teachers at St](http://www.tionol.org/home.html%22%3ESt). Louis Tionól this year.

Actually, it’s a “thing” called Google. There’s this thing called “spell check”…

i really want to try that flute. i almost tried it last time he was back home, but i didnt get the opportunity.

n.b. he’s my uncle.

(do people still use n.b., or are latin acronyms passé?)

why do you ask?
