While googling for a picture of crows mobbing something, I stumbled on a lovely online exhibition of corvids in landscapes, mostly in or near Cornwall or the [English] west country. I’m impressed.
They’re by someone named Kurt Jackson. Click for the whole exhibition, but I’ve posted too many faves below:

I can get slightly dizzy looking at November Mist, just like I’m lying on my back and staring up at birds riding an updraft. I have no idea how he did that.
They probably are. Poking around on his site, I see that one canvas he donated as a fundraiser to Greenpeace (I think) sold for just under £6,000, so I doubt that he’s starving for his art..
