Hi. I’d like to sell my Patrick Olwell bamboo flute in the key of D. The instrument is in great condition and has been taken good care of. The blow hole has some wear but nothing that affects the tone or playability of the flute. The flute’s easy to play and has a warm tone.
I bought this instrument back in 2003 and recently realized that I haven’t been playing it much after buying a bansuri. I’ve put it up for sale on eBay ( http://tinyurl.com/lgewmk ) but would prefer to sell to someone on C&F. Price is $70 OBO.

Was that a serious bargain or what? I was under the impression they went for much more.
He offered it with a low “buy it now” option so that there was no chance to place a bid. The first person that saw it bought it immediately at that low price.
That certainly was a bargain. I should’ve spent some time looking at recent prices of Olwell bamboos before putting mine up for sale … had no idea they’d appreciated so much in the past few years!
