The ones that are the hole in the floor are best as you get a better squat,the ones we use in the west are “CRAP” 
because when seated on them our colons are bent so we are less able to expell.They reckon the best way is to dig a hole in the back garden and use that,you could chat to the neighbours over the fence sort of communal thing.
