Yes it is suitable for beginers as well as more advanced players. We have 2 tutors.

Would like to add a comment on this thread 
I had the pleasure of teaching at this event 2 years ago. It was a very enjoyable experience and i would highly recommend it to all. Some great piping and a chance do discuss reeds with a genious. if your a piper and can make it, you will not regret it.
Its a warm friendly environment in a very picturesque setting.
Nothing beats a roaring fire, a good whiskey and pipes and whistles galore
