Hey guys, today’s and tonights tunes are not necessarily correctly identified. Please let me know if ANY are mislabeled! #6 is as yet unknown, #15 and #16 are uncertain, and I don’t know if the first tune on #10 and #11 (coming tonight) are correct or not. Help out a poor whistler!
Beth,
Unidentified - track 6 is actually “Over the Moor to Maggie”

All right - there’s a whopping twenty-five files available right now. They will stay there until tomorrow night, at which time I will take them down and you won’t be able to get to those particular tracks for a while. So if you want them, grab them!

Hey Beth…two things -
Your unidentified track #22 is a reel called “The Traveller” - played in G.
One of Joe and I’s favorites!!!
But I also have a question for you oh computer goddess!!! When I try to right-click on the links to save them to my computer, it doesn’t allow me to “save target as”! What am I doing wrond? It’s greyed out, and isn’t a useable option from the menu. If it helps, I’m using Win XP pro edition. You probably remembered that, but I thouhgt it might be good to mention. Also, my IE is version 6.0
HELP me Obi Beth Kanobi! You’re my only hope! ![]()

Beth, you ROCK!
Thanks for all the work–this is too fun! I just listened to our “air force song.” Truly inspirational. I just wish my computer could download at something other than the speed of pond water…six more minutes before I can hear “the monaghan jig/rolling wave” set…
Thanks! ![]()

Tom, email me your mailing address - you’ll get the first data CD =)
And definitely try to grab John](http://www.rit.edu/~eeg6662/storage/08johnryanspolka.mp3%22%3EJohn) Ryan’s Polka. It’s so worth it. And track two, Kesh](http://www.cableone.net/bgerty/slc/02blackthornstick_keshjig.mp3%22%3EKesh) Jig, if you want to hear when you threw your tipper at me ![]()
Disclaimer - if you wait too long to download the files that I linked to in this message, don’t blame me if they’re not there anymore!
I’ve got up through track 40 completed and ready to upload, but I’ve got no more space to put em! If anyone has storage space and feels generaous let me know, otherwise you folks will just have to wait a bit longer ![]()

OK, here’s the list I have so far of who wants CDs. If I’ve missed you, please email me.
WyoBadger - audio
Brian_Lee - audio - did you want data too?
Sunnywindo - one of each
NancyF - one of each
Clarinetwhistler - I assume you want one but I don’t know which kind(s)
susanfx - one of each
Kiirsi - one of each
Hi Beth,
Yes, 52 is what you think it is, the Lunasa tune I was asking about a couple of weeks ago. This has become a firm favourite of my Girlfriend Lara, played on a Bb whistle. Maybe it should be designated B52!!
She asks me to play it slower than your recording, because it is such a beautiful melody.
Beth, please forgive me if I’ve missed something…why are some of our tunes highlighted on the first post and others not??
And yes, if you’re doing them anyway, I’d love a copy of both formats.
B~

I hope to have everything done by Sunday.
“Hope” being the operative word. I am taking and giving lessons in various things this week, so I won’t have much time to work on it till Friday.
Orders are still trickling in, if you want a CD and you haven’t told me, please do so. I need to keep track of how many blank CDs I will need.
Beth, please check your private messages here on C&F.
You guys need a lot of work. The session sounds terrible.
We had fun, though! I’m guessing you won’t be wanting a CD then? ![]()
