Silver Strand

I heard about 30 seconds of this song while listening to samples of the tracks from the Corr’s newest album. Usually, as some of you may know, they do an instrumental on their albums. Silver Strand is their newest one, and even though I listened to a little snippit, I fell in love!!!

Now, I’m not sure if they wrote the song or if it’s traditional (I’m sure it is, because they usually play traditional Irish tunes), but does anyone have the sheet music to this lovely song by chance?

I checked out their site but was unable to find the tune listed on any of their albums, so I’m going on guesswork here:

There are two common reels with names similar, the Silver Spire

Would it by chance be one of these? These are both very common “session standard” tunes that nearly everybody plays.

Well, I wouldnt’ be able to tell you from those because I can’t read music very well! :blush:

According to http://www.clickcorrs.com/ Silver Strand is an original piece. So you robably won’t find sheet music.
