Wait a Minute! That’s a familiar LP cover. (Sounds of feet running to basement LP files) Hey. I have that. Played once in 1976 when I was well into the Highland Pipes. I was probably dissapointed it was some guy named Ennis playing UPs and whistle. Thanks for the post. 
This album was originally issued as “The Bonny Bunch of Roses” on the Tradition label in 1957. It was later re-issued by Olympic in 1976 under this title, “Irish Pipe and Whistle Songs”, and later again under several other titles by different labels. See the discography in the back of the book “The Master’s Touch” for the full sordid details.
Yes, I bought it a couple of times, too, not noticing that it was the same album until I got it home, including a copy of this version.
