Here I go again. I still have some sale leftovers, as follows:
Set of five bansuri-type bamboo flutes in keys of E/A, G/C, Bb/Eb, A/D, C/F with the first key being that when starting with all six holes covered, the second being that starting with the upper three holes covered … all for $100. These are in excellent condition, most of them bought at the Ali Akbar Khan School of Music in San Rafael, CA.
Two professional-grade Quenas made by Amaru in Ecuador … each is key of G with six holes and thumbhole … one nicely lacquered in deep burgundy, the other nicely lacquered black … each has its own colorful cloth carrying bag. $25 each or both for $45 plus s&i.
One Reliable Brothers ceramic flute, marble-y blue and maroon finish, wooden hard-shell case and booklet, this is circa 1970s and among the finest of ceramic flutes with good intonation and volume. Six holes. $35 OBO plus s&i. I bought it at a crafts fair decades ago.
One Peeler fife in Bb, I think this is mopane but it may be blackwood. Cost me $110. Yours for $55 plus s&i.
I’ll sell all the above for $200, shipping included in the continental U.S.
E-mail me off-list for pics and if you have questions. Please indicate which item(s) you are interested in.
