Years ago I gave my old Gill wooden alto A recorder to a neighbor kid. I ended back up with it when they were an adult and moved. Problem was it was missing the bell (or I guess the foot🤔). It doesn’t sound good without it but I hate to just pitch it. I searched online for replacement parts and didn’t come up with anything short of buying a whole one. Any suggestions? Can I Macguyver one out of something and if so how? I still think whistles win the race hands down.
