Anyone interested in a set of “Budget” practice pipes before Christmas? Since I am recently retired and I have a lot of time on my hands and could easily turn out a couple of sets before Christmas.

For a fraction of the price (something like 13/6 ths), you could have a used set made in Kill Kenny (that’s near South Park):
Edit: Just wanted to add that I’m not disparaging in any way Pat Sky or his pipes. Rather, I’m continuing my campaign against the eBay pirates who, not content with trying to peddle mass produced junk, are now trying to associate themselves with established and respected makers.

On a somewhat related note, I sent Pat an inquiry about availability of budget pipesseveral weeks ago and he never responded. Subsequently, I was able to buy a used 1/2 set from another maker so I’m a happy camper. Just dissappointed to have never heard back.
