Rambling Whistler soon to head east - visits?

Hey guys!

Next month I will be returning to New York. (Though I am not giving up my membership to the Rocky Mountain Sessioneers!) I was wondering if any of you live along my travel route and would be interested in getting together during the week of Thanksgiving. I am leaving Colorado on Sunday, Nov. 24th and aim to get to Erie, PA on or before Thanksgiving Day. (Last time, I got from Erie to Boise in four days. But this time the weather and time zones are working against me…)

So if you live along the following areas let me know; depending on the time I pass through your region, maybe we could trade a few tunes. Possibly in exchange for couch space for a sleepy whistler? :wink:

  • Nebraska and Iowa, along interstate 80 (within a half hour or so of the road)

  • Bloomington, IL, where I plan a stop at the Whistle Shop

  • Indiana and Ohio, along Interstates 80 and 90

Where in NY are you going? I’m in NJ fairly near the NY border.
