Quick... Everyone! It's the Pied Piper!

It’s July 12, 2002, and at 3:00 (pacific time…) on the Travel Channel, there’s this show called Places of Mystery, and it’s doing a big thing about the Pied Piper and the German town of Hamelin…

thought y’all might be interested…

Now I really hate “working.” I could have bugged Redwolf for weeks with new RAT jokes.

Remember, “they’re like a miniature Golden Retriever in your pocket,” she said.

Ha! Just warmin’ up. I do think the Alpro has scared away all varmints tho as I made it through spring and half of summer with no black rice on the counters.

If I had cable television, I might have been interested to watch it, so as to find out whether he piped on a tabor pipe (as I always assumed), or bagpipes.

It was a cool show… Apparently it is NOT just a fairy tale (like I always thought..). It was an actual event that is recorded in churches and even on a house in the German town of Hamelin…

And, the show also showed him playing a pipe that looked identical to a whistle… even in the old watercolors and stained glass windows: a whistle variety instrument.

There was also speculation as to whether the character of the Pied Piper was symbolic or what…

very interesting. If you ever get the chance, watch it.
