Jeeeze, the angle o’ them regulator keys makes them look decidely dangerous. Or maybe it doubles as a musical spiked mace for when bodhran & accordion players sit too close

I think it is a ‘normal’ righthanded set
at least it isn’t a dödelsack.
At least that’s what he’s telling. He bought it one year ago for 2500 EUR but he doesn’t has the time to play it; so it’s up for sale. He mentions that it could be easily (???) changed to a righthanded set … or maybe he doesn’t know much about the stuff.
