ok, I need help. i’m currently waiting for a training course to start, and I have to spend the next few days staring blankly at my computer screen.
Can anyone think of any cool things to do, languages to learn, games to play (subtly), instruments to study theory of? i’ve already read all of cutie-pie, just to give you an indication of the levels of boredom we’re dealing with here.

however, i’ve managed to create a mini golf course on my desk
by putting bins under all of the holes where the powercords are
supposed to go. so that should keep me occupied for a couple of hours.

Learn those concertina chords. You’ll need them one day and then you’ll regret not listening to us. 
you could also read books - there are lots of classics old enough that people have been able to put them on the web (.txt, .rtf, Word documents, sometimes .pdf if you’re lucky) without worrying about copyright infringement. some newer ones too, though those are probably not strictly legal. let me know if you’re interested, i’ll find some sights fo you…
