Does anyone know anything about custom orthotics for your shoes? All I’m looking for is how much they sell for etc, and personal experience. All I know is that you need to get fitted for them by a podiatrist.
I run about 50 miles a week, but after I stepped it up to about 70 last week I re-injured the spot where I broke my foot two years back. Ouch. And my season is starting this week so I need a quick solution.
