Old flute FS

This is a four-key, cocus wood flute with original nickel silver hardware. I cannot find a maker’s mark, as if it has been buffed away by history. I believe this is a William Hall flute as the keys, blocks and hardware are like what is on my William Hall & Son eight-key flute. Second guess would be Firth & Pond. Please, anyone chime in if you have anything to add as to the maker possibilities of this flute. It is a smallish holed flute, not as small as Baroque, not as large as a medium hole…seems somewhere in between. It plays 440 with the slide out approximately 3/8 inch for my embouchure. There are repaired cracks on the head joint and the barrel that I have turned to the light and focused on in a couple of the pictures, but in general, you have to look pretty close to see them. It is not a session flute, more of a chamber, Baroque or living room flute. I would like $300 plus shipping. PM me if you are interested. It is a fun little flute around the house, and I have played it in sessions here at the house, without the pub noise. I am posting some pictures and an mp3 clip for you to get a closer feel for the instrument.
