Ive got a burliegh set of northumbrian pipes, 4 drones, 17 keyed chanter, both in blackwood and brass, velvet covered bag, bellows. There are 3 spare chanter reeds and a case for the pipes. In addition theres 20 northumbrian pipe books which include 2 tutors, the rest being tune books. The pipes are pitched in the traditional f. I bought these second hand about 4 months ago but cant squeeze my fingers close enough togather to play them. My hands are too big and more comfortable with the spread of the uilleann pipe chanter. I think youd already have to be a northumbrian piper to play the chanter as its a bit overcrowded with the 17 keys… since buying them ive been told a 7 keyed chanter is better to learn with. The asking price for the above is £600 plus your preferred postal method. E-mail me for a photo.........ill endeavour to try to paste one here a little later.
