new e.flat murray

Hi Folks,

Just got a new 6 keyed e.flat blackwood from Sam Murray and by jasus it sure is one mighty yoke. The flute will play even if you just look at it, so having lots of fun at the minute. Only trouble is I hope it doesnt spoil me too much for the d flute, but sure what ta hell. I would strongly recom
mend this flute to any one thinking of getting one.

Cheers Brendan Mulholland

All right, all right, I had a one-word response, but I don’t think it would be allowed or appreciated here. But if anyone wants a clue, it can be prefaced with the word “lucky” …

Congratulations. That’s pretty much my other dream flute (his D is the first one, and I’m a happy gal with mine) right there.

Sam’s da bomb.

Have a go at “Trim the Velvet” on it for me.

Unless “Trim the Velvet” is what it plays when you look at it, 'cos you’d soon get fed up with the tune if that’s the case.

!

Good point.

Nice one Gary K. I will give the old velvet a trim tonight Cathy for sure.

It is quite the title, isn’t it?

doublewhammy

Dare I ask how long it took to fulfill the order??

Congrats Brendan! I got my new keyed D Murray recently. Absolutely fantastic. Oh, and I waited about 9 months for it. Not bad if I say so myself. I’m so impressed that i’m considering parting with the keyless Hamilton now.

Happy tootering!

David
