Need help finding page explaining ABC

Can someone point me to a page that will help me figure out how to change ABC into notes?

I got this from the Woodenflute list…I’d been trying to find the tune on the net to no avail, but I can’t figure out how to play this ABC stuff!

It has pointers to sites with ABC tunes, software for decoding, etc.

If you’re in more of a hurry or at a strange computer, this site lets you cut and paste an ABC file into a dialogue box, then converts it to MIDI or .PDF (Acrobat) format.
