I asked the guy about it. He says he just put it out there so someone he knew could ā€œbuy it nowā€. Says he couldnā€™t give him an invoice (I assume PayPal) so he used eBay. Seems like a lot of effort!

I thought it was hiding under the covers. You can even make out the mouthpiece and window. Though I wonder about the stiffness of the material.
