Martin Guitar for Flat Chanter Trade

I just figured Id throw this out, and see if anyone is interested. I have a like new 2005 Martin 000-16SGT guitar I would like to trade, if anyone has a quality B chanter they might like to swap for a superb sounding 12 fret martin. Id also be open to sell, but would prefer the flat chanter.

I have a B chanter in rosewood (4 keys) which I would be prepared to swap for a Martin in good condition. Could you explain what you mean by 12 frets though?
Thanks

It has a 12 fret scale where others (like Dreadnoughts, OMs) have 14. That is where the fretboard meets the body. This has a 1 3/4 nut, others have 1 11/16. It is an unbelievable fingerstyle guitar, but equally good for strumming, etc. It has a slotted headstock. Check martins website, they may have info. Its in like new condition, and has been adjusted/tweaked by a luthier, currently has cleartone strings and boxwood bridge pins. All this however, depends on just what kind of b chanter you have to offer. Im in no rush to just trade off the guitar.
