The dates for the next 3 Manchester meetings are:

20th July
Sorry for the odd gaps. We can only use St.Caths every other week and we are trying to keep meetings towards the end of the month.
As usual we will be at St.Catherine’s on a Wednesday starting at 7.30pm.
As talked about at the previous meeting we are trying to get short specialised workshops happening every now and then. At the next meeting (18th May) Ian O’Brien will be doing a maintenance workshop, looking at things like drone slides and bindings in general as well as how to make a leather “clack” valve for your bellows and bag inlets. Ian will also being dealing with members general maintenance issue afterwards.
If anyone has any suggestions for useful workshops etc. please get in touch. Suggestions so far are: making drone reeds, chanter reed adjustments, a recital, tuning regulators.
