Because someone else did all the work. All you’ve done is put a differently voiced head on a tenor recorder body. What’s the point? It doesn’t make it anything but a recorder with a different voicing.
Thanks this mouthpice player can overblow. On normaln recorder player have to open 1/4 or 1/3 thumb hole to play notes above high D (on recorder in C).

That’s not true; you can overblow recorders too, but they play out of tune because they are tuned in such a way that you have to fine-tune the pinched notes by adjusting the thumbhole aperture. Just changing the headjoint isn’t going to change that, because the tuning is determined by the tone holes in the lower joints.
Maybe the idea is to offer an alternative voicing, which you may or may not like, but it doesn’t change the nature of the instrument. It’s still a recorder, and will have to be played like one.

Some of the standard “baroque” fingerings don’t work, which is to be expected in a cylindrical instrument, but on the whole it’s a very good, and inexpensive, option for anyone who has a use for such a hybrid.
